How Creators Get Paid
How verified views turn into earnings, how earnings clear into your wallet, and how to withdraw them.
This is the creator-earnings path: broadcasting a campaign's assets earns you money from the platform based on verified reach. See for how the whole funding-to-payout flow fits together.
The Full Cycle at a Glance
1. You reserve a slot and broadcast the campaign's assets

2. Verified views credit earnings to your pending balance

3. After a short holding window, earnings clear to your available balance

4. You transfer available earnings to your Wallet

5. You withdraw from your Wallet to your bank, mobile money, or cryptoStep-by-Step
1. Verified views credit your pending balance
Once your slot is approved, view counts are checked against the campaign's proof source on a recurring cycle. Each cycle:
- CPM campaigns credit earnings pro-rata on new verified views, at the campaign's per-1,000-views rate, capped by the campaign's remaining budget (and, for very large slots, a per-slot cap so one slot can't absorb an outsized share of the budget)
- FLAT campaigns pay their flat rate once, at the moment your slot is approved
Either way, the credited amount goes straight to your pending balance and to your lifetime earnings total.
What this means for you: Pending earnings show up in your dashboard as soon as they're credited, but they are not yet available to transfer out.
2. A short holding window, then earnings clear
Pending earnings move to your available balance after a holding window measured from slot approval - 48 hours for standard creators, 24 hours for Premium creators (platform-configurable). If the campaign's advertiser is newly trusted, there can also be a short additional settlement hold on top of that (platform default: 2 days) as a fraud/chargeback safeguard - this does not apply once an advertiser has an established trust tier.
There's no delivery step and nothing for you to confirm - the clearing happens automatically once the holding window passes.
3. Transfer available earnings to your Wallet
Once earnings are in your available balance, you can transfer them into your platform Wallet. Two things gate a transfer:
- KYC tier - you need at least Tier 1 KYC verification
- Minimum transfer amount - a per-creator minimum (commonly $10, sometimes lower during a launch promo or higher/lower on an admin override) must be met
You choose a destination when you transfer:
- USD wallet - credited directly, no conversion
- Local currency wallet - converted at the current rate inside the same transaction, with any FX fee shown up front before you confirm
- Crypto - currently settles to your USD wallet; off-ramping from there uses the platform's crypto rails
4. Withdraw from your Wallet
From your Wallet, use the existing withdrawal flow to cash out - bank transfer, mobile money, or crypto, depending on what your account supports. Withdrawal minimums and timing depend on the destination currency and rail; check your Wallet screen for the current minimum and any pending withdrawal status.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long until my earnings are available to withdraw?
Verified views credit your pending balance right away (per campaign cycle). From there, the standard holding window is 48 hours (24 hours if you're Premium) before earnings clear to your available balance - plus a short additional hold on funding from newly trusted advertisers. Once cleared, transferring to your Wallet and withdrawing are both on-demand.
Why is my balance still "pending" and not "available"?
Either the holding window since your slot's approval hasn't elapsed yet, or the campaign's advertiser is newly trusted and its funding is still inside the platform's settlement hold. Both are automatic and don't require any action from you.
Is there a minimum before I can move money?
Yes - a minimum available balance is required to transfer into your Wallet (commonly $10; can be lower during a launch promo, or a different admin-set value on your account), and KYC Tier 1 or higher is required. Your Wallet's own withdrawal minimum then applies for cashing out.
What if a campaign is disputed or charged back?
If a campaign's funding is charged back or a slot is flagged for a trust/fraud issue, the affected earnings are held back from the automatic clearing process until resolved. This is separate from the normal holding window and only affects the specific slot or campaign involved.
Where does my money actually sit before I withdraw it?
Two balances: your pending/available balance tracks micro-earnings from views, and your platform Wallet holds cleared, spendable funds once you transfer them over. Withdrawals to a bank, mobile money, or crypto happen from the Wallet.
